Today, it was quite chaos in Politics class when my group and I presented. We were given topics about elections and stuffs relating to it. One of my part, I presented on leadership skills' types. Based on a research of course, there are five types. The top three are Transformational, Procedural and Participative. Oh, sorry. You guys might not want to even know that. But then our lecturer, Mr Rizal bombarded me with questions and questions.
And so he asked; so which skill do you think Najib has?
Me : Well, for our Prime Minister I'm sure he USED to belong to the Transformational group.
Lecturer : And why is that?
Me : As you can see on slides, Transformational leaders, they have medium control, they are supportive, organized anddevelop.
Lecturer : What do you mean HE USED TO?
Me : Things are a lot different nowadays, Sir. I'm pretty sure each one of us in this room is aware of that fact. Say for an example, the NSC bill. It explains why he will no longer have medium control.
Lecturer : So for that reason, what do you think? His power of control will become more?
Me : Absolutely, Sir.
Lecturer : Then which group does he belongs to, now?
Me : I would say autocratic, Sir.
Lecturer : *nods as agreeing*
You see, what happened today brought me here. Well, actually I have always wanted to talk about this matter. I have Politics quiz tomorrow of which comprises of more than 6 topics but that can wait. *Wait what are my priorities again?*
Doesn't it worries you that #someguy will soon have absolute power over us? Doesn't it worries you with what massive disasters are happening to our economy? Doesn't it worries you that #someguy who is insane is ruling our country and we are doing nothing about it? Doesn't it worries you to see our current money currency? What worries you, Malaysians?
We're so doomed. I hate to face the fact that I once believed in this #someguy and loathe to admit that he's destroying our country. This is my country. My one and only country. Perhaps it's yours, too. Are you not worried?
For how sickened I was, stupidly I stopped reading newspaper. I thought that would help me feeling better without reading crappy news. Man, that did not make me feel any better. So today after so long, I decided to start again. In hope, there will be great news at least. Man, guess shit happens all the time in Malaysia. I shouldn't put high hope, really shouldn't do that in the very first place. First thing I stumbled upon was the headline....
Really, Malaysia, I mean seriously? What else is coming up?
